Session Inquiry

CONTRACT:

Booking fee & Cancellation Policy: For all sessions, a $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to book and hold the date for your session and serves as a cancellation fee. Your remaining balance is due on the session date. The booking fee MUST be paid within 3 days of deciding on a date. If the booking fee has not been received by the 3rd day, the date will re-open at the discretion of Jaded Wolf Photography. It is the clients sole responsibility to abide by the terms of this contract, therefore Jaded Wolf Photography is not responsible for informing the client the date has been re-opened to the public and has the right to book another client for the date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For all sessions, client forfeits their session booking fee and session date which will act as a cancellation fee. The fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment within 48hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time. If Jaded Wolf Photography cannot perform this contract due to illness, emergency or any other causes beyond the control of the parties, then the photographer shall return the booking fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability also applies in the event that the photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the photographer. In the event Jaded Wolf Photography fails to perform for any other reason, Jaded Wolf Photography shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.

NO CALL/NO SHOW:

If you no call, no show you are forfeiting your booking fee and will not be scheduled unless your next session is paid in full when booking.

RESCHEDULING:

I understand that life happens! People get sick and sometimes things just go wrong. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please give me 48 - 72 hour notice. If you or a family member fall ill the day of session, please reschedule. Your booking fee will carry over onto your new session date.

TIME/TARDINESS:

Client agrees and understands that the start time agreed upon is the time the session begins.Please be on time, plan enough time to get to your session. Whether that be getting the kids ready or navigating traffic. If you are running late, please let me know, this time will be deducted from the session (client loses time) unless I do not have another client after your session. If clients are more than 20 minutes late, Jaded Wolf Photography has the right to leave and the booking fee will not be refunded or moved to another date. If client would like to reschedule after the photographer has left, they must pay an additional booking fee. If Jaded Wolf Photography is late for any reason, the time she is late will be added to the session. If clients decide to leave after 20 minutes due to tardiness on the photographers behalf, Jaded Wolf Photography will either refund the booking fee or move the session date without an additional booking fee being necessary. I respect every client's time and put a lot of effort into scheduling and planning sessions, so please respect mine. I of course understand unforeseen circumstances such as illness or accidents. Communication is key!

WEATHER:

I am a natural light photographer and the weather plays a HUGE role in getting amazing photos! If it rains, I will contact you and we can reschedule your session without any additional booking fees and booking fee will carry over to your new session date. It's Bakersfield, so this is rare occasion that it will rain long enough that we will need to reschedule. I love shooting in overcast skies! 

 

COPYRIGHT/PHOTO MANIPULATION:

Please be sure to credit Jaded Wolf Photography when posting your images online (social media, blogs, etc.) You may not use copyrighted material for advertising and or commercial use, unless you have been issued an advertising/commercial print release. Upon receiving your collection, you are not permitted to filter, alter or manipulate the completed files in any way. Doing this is not a true representation of my art.

 

TURNAROUND TIME: 1 - 4 Weeks (3 - 6 during busy months
